Hey, don't bring me into this. This twunt (thanks, bob!) took the initiative all on her own without my whole seduction of the innocent influence. She's just awful all by herself. What kind of asshole tries to convince their boyfriend/girlfriend/PC equivalent to kill themselves? The kind I keep a very special place for. So special that it makes the Saw movies blush.

I KNEW it!! MGTOW is the DEVILS PLAYGROUND. Like TruthHunter101, I want a self-ban. (Just kidding...)

On a side note, that reminds me of one great saying I heard about the problem of complimenting a woman's looks, "if you tell a woman she is beautiful, the devil will whisper it in her ears a thousand times."

As for this woman, I don't feel sorry for her since what she did was directly a result that pushed a guy over the edge to never come back. I don't want to say this generalizes women. But they need to make an example of her if nothing else. She indirectly killed someone. Though she is not responsible totally, I see this as a manslaugher sort of thing. At the very least, don't just slap this idiot on the wrist. Make her do SOME time. And, no, I don't mean doing time at a Club Med mental ward either!

Too bad that guy was too young to learn that while women like to look as if they are sympathetic or winning, they are only gonna be on the side that is winning. It reminds me of a Bob Dylan lyric about two-faced friends. Though in ways it can apply to ex-girlfriends here and there in a moment in a long-term relationship, this song is a great therapeutic song for realizing that some friends I had that eventually went turncoat on me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yp0hfHwdTk4

    Positively 4th Street Lyrics

You've got a lotta nerve to say you are my friend
When I was down you just stood there grinnin'
You've got a lotta nerve to say you got a helping hand to lend
You just want to be on the side that's winnin'

You say I let you down, ya know its not like that
If you're so hurt, why then don't you show it?
You say you've lost your faith, but that's not where its at
You have no faith to lose, and ya know it

I know the reason, that you talked behind my back
I used to be among the crowd you're in with
Do you take me for such a fool, to think I'd make contact
With the one who tries to hide what he don't know to begin with?

You see me on the street, you always act surprised
You say "how are you?", "good luck", but ya don't mean it
When you know as well as me, you'd rather see me paralyzed
Why don't you just come out once and scream it

No, I do not feel that good when I see the heartbreaks you embrace
If I was a master thief perhaps I'd rob them
And tho I know you're dissatisfied with your position and your place
Don't you understand, its not my problem?

I wish that for just one time you could stand inside my shoes
And just for that one moment I could be you
Yes, I wish that for just one time you could stand inside my shoes
You'd know what a drag it is to see you

She sounds like she was overwhelmed and they both needed a lot of help.

    Pussy pass denied.

She made a series of poor choices that led to her "boyfriends" death. Women always cry that they are just in the moment or feelings overwhelming. But the prosecution laid out their case eloquently that she was very rational throughout this ordeal in how she encouraged her boyfriend to take his life and to climb back into the vehicle when he sensed danger. Cold, calculating and using manipulation to hear someone suffer. Sad.

This bitch is evil but, im not sure what she did even passes for assisting suicide.
Talking someone into it isn't enough I don't think. Especially a bunch of texts.
Ultimately it was his decision. The guy unfortunately had no where to turn, no one to guide him.

    Its definately not involuntary manslaughter.

If the roles were flipped I would say the same thing.

If you don't get punished for doing something as sleazy as this, there's no use having jails. The state must of agreed, rather the charge fits well or not. The justice system was probably worried about some serious backlash had they let this toe rag off, even if they should of.

This was the end of the line for state court. If the Supreme court took this case, which I seriously doubt they would, she'd be out before it ever went to trial. So it looks like that's it for our honeys appeals. Guess she'll be eating jail food awhile rather she likes it or not.

Ok so the suicide happened in 2014.
In August 2015 she was convicted for involuntary manslaughter.
She appealed and only now has it come to an end with the courts upholding the conviction and sentencing her to 15 months jail.

Its the first time someone has been convicted of manslaughter for texting.
I fear a backlash from the feminists. They could open a pandoras box of new texting crimes against men.

This pandora box was opened long ago and was used already against men. It is now turning toward women because women are just as likely to cause domestic violence against men and the law was way behind the curve on this.

Its one case, one woman. It hardly makes up for all the men being fucked over daily in court.

What this case does is set new legal precedents that will be dangerous for everyone. Especially men.

    Not really.

Recently reading and looking into the Water Margin, a Chinese Story about Chinese Outlaws and their adventures across the Marshes of China. One of the themes of the story is killing people who deserve it, men and women. The book makes it clear that in this world, there are people who don't understand reason and can only be killed because violence is the only thing they understand.

This is one of those cases.

Re: Teenís efforts to pressure boyfriend into suicide

This is a great case study in the female psyche. Here the victim's girlfriend showed her love for him not by offering love and support in his moments of need, but by relentlessly pressuring him into suicide. She put a lot of time and effort into this with text messages, encouragement, and so on. She also gave him the final push necessary for him to complete the act. Why?

She didn't do it for personal or financial gain. She seemingly didn't get anything out of it. So what possible reason could she have for it? Simple. She got the satisfaction and ego stroke of knowing she pushed a vulnerable and confused young man into suicide. In other words, she did it because she got off on it. She literally got off on toying with his emotions, amplifying his suicidal ideations, and ultimately causing him to end his life.

What is the takeaway from this? The takeaway is that women have absolutely no guilt or remorse when they ruin men's lives. Not only does it not bother them, they actually ENJOY it. When you realize that, a lot of their seemingly irrational actions become clear as day. You can see it in the smug look on their faces when they ruin a man's life in divorce court, and it explains why they do so many of the things they do. They enjoy male suffering, and they enjoy causing it even more.

Just think about that. Are all women like that? No. But ENOUGH of them are. And you won't necessarily know which ones are which when you are out in the world. Every single woman you meet is potentially a cruel and sadistic psychopath who would enjoy emotionally torturing you, ruining your life, or even killing you. This is why you absolutely, positively, NEVER allow a woman into a position of power over you or influence over your life. If you give them the ability to destroy you, they absolutely will use it. Protect yourself, and go your own way.

Reminds me of the old adage, "You never know a whimyn until you meet her in court."
