    Remember when?

You got up in the morning looking forward to the day?
You could do things and it didn't hurt?
You could see without glasses, or hear without aides?
Payday was something to look forward to, and so was Friday night?
Remember when you had a heart, and a soul?
    Remember being happy just because?
Remember seeing pretty girls and feeling the "quickening"?

That was so long ago. Some times I wonder why people want to live so long. The drudgery day in and day out, makes no sense.
Yes, I am weary, dog tired. Funny thing is, I don't care. Seems like I'm just markin' time as it passes going no where.
Maybe a guy should go out an knock up a teenie bopper, but, that sounds like too much work, and the drama? ( No, I'm not getting ready to do something stupid)

The sun will come up tomorrow, and we'll trudge through another day. Cabin fever sucks.

    Re: Remember when?

Hey Bob, you've got something that someone else (or some group of people) needs. Each one of us does. The secret to a happy life is finding ways to put that something to use, so you become invaluable to people who need whatever that is. You wake up in the morning and you realize that without you, their lives would be tougher. When that's your first thought every day, it's the best kickstart in the world.

Start small. You might be surprised at what develops out of that very first connection.

If people dont like their jobs especially major corporations can make it more enjoyable by halving the pay easy

That is the secret , to enjoy the life that you have , drop the idea that you have been sold of making it big , there is no big .

The times when you had heart and soul were the most miserable

Even NBA payers hate their job . They only tun up because they gamble on it

    Re: Remember when?

I plan to spend my 50's aging with grace and dignity. I will become an even better version of myself, and I will have completely lost the need (or even desire) to have a female in my life. My late forties will have been spent in divorce and Red Pill rage and adjustment. That rage is fading fast into "accepting of today's reality". It's a shame feminism was allowed to fuck things up so badly between the genders... but I didn't do that, so I'm not going to accept the responsibility for that.

The biggest part of Red Pill and MGTOW for me, now, is to reduce a few self-defeating behaviors and focus on truly taking care of myself. I never really learned to do that properly because I always had a woman to take care of, more often than not with her own laundry list of mental and physical ailments. We have to realize, as men, there are primal and socially constructed needs to take care of others, and provide for them. The social contracts (such as marriage) which made it reasonable and ultimately fair to be a decent and giving man are long gone. Givers are suckers now. Women have the state to extort money from men, through child support, alimony and good old taxes. But our indentured servitude can still be avoided - if we accept that our desire to give must be quelled and our own interests must be placed first. And yes, it brings up panic about acceptance and the "he'll never get laid with that attitude" fear. But is that really a rational fear anymore? I can take my bottles back to the depot and have enough $$ to hire a pro.

The thing about men is how quickly we sign up for indentured servitude. Perhaps it IS a case of scarcity thinking affecting our minds, where we believe that any female is better than no female. MGTOW is saying "NO female is worth it".

When I feel lonely for a woman I simply come here and read your stories. Then, if that's not enough, I re-read my own. Cures me everytime!

    Re: Remember when?

I know that this is, perhaps, an odd place to mention this... But the girl I'm sweet on just announced her engagement on FB. I was a little taken aback at the moment, due to Simpery and Gut-code.... but they are totally polyamorous, so that isn't a roadblock. I had been slightly afraid of getting involved with her, because she is a single Mom. I am so glad, so very very glad, that this simp is removing that liability. She's gonna wed him, so I am free and clear... wide open prairie..

It's gonna be a hell of a bachelorette party, I can guarantee you that.
And it's nothing but wide open prairie...

There's something very brave about MGTOW. In an odd sense, like charting a new territory of the mind, or rediscovering a long lost civilization. Occult knowledge, secret societies, cannibal natives (THOTS), it's all very exciting... lololol

Are you dancing at her bachelorette party? (The private male stripper?) She may call you after the honeymoon.

Ah going through the motions. I remember being there just in my 20's but it was more mental than physical. Having a hobby or something that occupies your time in a constructive way helps a lot. Even though being MGTOW cuts all the fuckery of society away from ya, it sometimes makes you feel bored and empty, which is why I don't think I could ever be a monk so it's good to have a passion that drives you no matter how old you're feeling.

Nah, guys aren't my thing... Spit-roasting is fun, if you can work out the issues with jealousy and all. I haven't really hung out with him that much, and that certainly isn't something to just bring up willy-nilly. *shrug*

We'll see where it all goes... also, nobody calls her a bitch but me.

Does it really ? Or just pushes it a little further back but you are still suffering ...

You only get away from it after you deal with it without shivering . You can run from it but you ill still have to get back and deal with it . Cause you cant run from yourself .

Honestly, I've never been the jealous sort. I never felt that monogamy was natural. What pissed me off was when I was doing ALL the work in the relationship, and getting a dead-bedroom. That can't be applied to my marriage, because while it effectively sexless, my ex-wife and I just weren't sexually compatible. I was literally a sex maniac; due to bipolar, C-PTSD and dissociative disorder. And that part of me is *quite* fiendish. It was really sad, because we both tried very hard, but for one of us to be even half-way happy, the other had to be completely miserable. I wish I had friendzoned her.

Thankfully, solo-poly is acceptable among the open relationship crowd, and there are plenty of girls who enjoy being occasionally devoured by a wild animal. <3
