'Rape victims' need jury free trials

    https://www.theguardian.com/commenti...P=share_btn_tw

So according to this washed up ugly hag, female 'victims of rape' need to be heard by a 'panel of assessors' who have knowledge of 'sexual violence' and a judge who is 'specially trained'.

They will keep pushing until someone says no. Like children they test the boundaries so they can understand their scale of their playground.

Re: 'Rape victims' need jury free trials

Are two thirds of women who report such cases lying? One CPS study found that in a 17-month period there were just under 6,000 prosecutions for rape, but only a tiny handful – 35 – for making false allegations of rape.
So, the low conviction rate for rapes is proof that all these rapists are getting off scot-free; but the low conviction rate for false accusations of rape is proof that false accusation is actually quite rare.

    Riiiight.

The word rape is a verb meaning violate/abduct/capture.
None of the above actually happen in the aforementioned cases. They are simply awkward sexual encounters where sexually immature or outright liars DECIDE the next day that the sex was not 'consensual'.

Might as well call it a kangaroo court. No justice will ever come out of that.

I used to believe in the justice system as a great equalizer to act as a check and balance when citizens and government ran rampant or crossed too many lines of importance. But these days the justice system is making it harder for me to have faith in all these arbritary institutions that are built with ultimate bias. I guess ghosting is looking better and better each and every day.

Well, as we all know, due process might just find an innocent man....innocent.

These supposedly progressive women wish to bring back the Star Chamber. More oppression for everyone!

This is more than a way to go after someone who didn't show her majesty enough respect the next morning. It's a get out of jail free card for anything a woman you had sex with ever did. They wouldn't do that, would they? It's a shame that sweet old granny in the picture probably believes all the lies she's spewing, but there it is.
Every day I make the world a little bit worse.

    Hamster justice?
They are going on the assumtion that all people (The jurors) are idiots. And if you don't believe as they do, you shouldn't be able to decide for your self. "Special training"/doctrination/programming to their way of thinking.
Sure, it happens, and so do false reports. Who wins? Follow the money.....

As soon as your court of law and due process is replaced with a "specialized panel" or "human rights commission" you're pretty much fucked.
Remember, according to regressive liberal feminists, no man deserves due process. Only women do.
Men deserve to have their careers ruined on the say-so of a female.

If they want to make things safer for women, truly - I don't think this is a good idea.

Think "Man with scorched earth policy who has nothing to lose."
    - Feminism is Cancer.
    - Where have all the good men gone? Away. Far far away... from you.
    - NAWALT? Maybe, but EWALT means Russian Roulette is a much safer bet...

They indeed need to be judged by a specialized entity. One that cannot ever be swayed by emotion and has "innocent until proven guilty" as the prime directive.

Only an AI is fit to judge cases as this.
Shame is a womans primary weapon. Watch for it, and call it out wherever you see it. Few women know how to handle a man immune to shame.

Females HATE being forced to actually BE CREDIBLE!!

Of course they don't want 900 years of Common Law requirement to exist when THEY make a claim!! How else are they going to LIE and get away with it?

Nothing more needs to be said.

OH ... btw ... an Ohio State "Sexual Complaint" "counselor" was ordered by a Federal Court Judge over the summer to GO TO TRIAL ... PERSONALLY ... as to if SHE was PERSONALLY LIABLE for getting a male tossed out of the OSU Medical School!!

Not a great day for that woman ... who per the Federal Judge's Ruling ... probably encouraged a Female to LIE.

Hopefully that female "Counselor" ends up unemployed and bankrupt ... but the male's life is STILL RUINED

    Older and Wiser
(if I get a chance I will link the ruling in an update to this post)

    .

(for me this is a HOT emotional issue ... for a number of reasons)

The way they define justice is 'social justice'. So if men oppressed women in the past (true or false is another topic), then women should get away with false allegations. If the mans life is ruined, it is only fair because um... the inquisition/lack of female CEO's or some other justification.

But yes, you are quite right sir, they are trying to implement collective guilt on men, which is counter to western systems of law.
