I think it's the anguish and despair mixed with the 1000 cock stare that makes the first picture so frightening. Along with some madness, of course. Other than the eyes, her face doesn't look atypical for a post waller with face bondo, and better than some. No double or triple chins, no jowls or odd bits of metal protruding from the skin, ect.

If she were 10 years older I would probably shrug, she looks like a lot of Australian women at that age. Too much booze, smokes, time in the sun all dried up etc. She is 37 though! I am 45 and look more youthful than she does! I think it is also really bad make up she has on, the dark eye shadow is bad.

But yes, too much of everything basically will take it's toll.
