Re: Are many MGTOW just incels who pretend that they choose to be single?I know this

Regardless this is a good thread for the lurkers to read through and understand the different perspectives that often come together into a similar conclusion. Men go their own way and that is good enough.

Younger men struggle with this because they assume that going against societies way is to become an outcast. But I prefer being labeled an outcast than being a slave to a system so I can simply conform.

Conformity? Isn't that something tweens and teenagers myopically care about so much in junior high and high school? Reality is conformity and popularity loses its luster when you are in your 30's working a job you don't like and a bleak retirement picture. You feel time is running out and that you are just passing the time waiting for the end.

Is that life? Conforming to a routine that doesn't change to satisfy others while not satisfying yourself?

Well said, but harder to do in real life. Many men just 'find' themselves with their lot. And there is one reason, their parents didn't care to engage with them to make a life plan.
