KU student went to cops to report a rape. Now she’s the one charged with a crime.

"In September 2018 a University of Kansas student met with police officers outside Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She explained to an officer that she had been raped the day before. The details, however, were blurry because she was drunk at the time, she said, according to court documents.
Worried about what reporting a rape could mean for her career, she told officers she did not want to press charges. But she allowed them to look through her phone before going inside for a rape examination.
Lawrence police detectives decided the student was lying and, without telling her, investigated her rather than the alleged rapist, according to motions filed by the woman’s attorney in Douglas County District Court.
Five months later she was arrested and charged with falsely reporting a felony crime . . . “The State believes the evidence shows the Defendant fabricated the rape story to effect the relationship between herself and the victim ... and her ex-boyfriend,” DA Branson said in a statement . . . "

She sent a text message to the acquaintance saying: “I’m pretty sure it was borderline rape and I have the bruises and statements to prove it so if you want to go there let’s do it,” according to the affidavit prepared by the Lawrence Police Department.

Pretty sure... Borderline rape... Translation, I think I might be able to get something out of this but I'm not so sure.

She additionally told officials at Lawrence Memorial Hospital that she did not want her sexual assault examination kit turned over to law enforcement.

I want to know how long she will serve in prison. Arrest and charging her with a felony means nothing. I bet good money she will get a a few years and with public pressure, she will have her sentenced reduced.

"According to a 2009 University of Massachusetts study, about two to eight percent of rapes reported are false."

From the article. No way on this earth do I believe that only 2 to 8% are false. If the article had said 25% I might have just let it go, my bet on the real number is close to 50%. With many not being reported by the police. Here is one of the few cases the police did the right thing and looked into the woman.

ZooMass? Trust me, that survey was taken in gender studies! Taking into consideration the date "2009" at the height of feminist hysteria and control, but rest assured, finger by finger we're pealing their grip from the throat of reality! Don't trust anything Massachusetts, their hearts and minds are owned and operated by gynocentrism.

ZOOMASS, making tomorrow's ultra left liberals one blind idiot at a time...

First the DA has to file charges, and I wouldn't bet a nickel on that. Then it has to go to court, which takes time. Then they could get off with to a crappy Judge or a sympathetic jury. The justice systems got no shortage of those. If convicted, and not let off with probation, they could still get out well before their sentence was served. This woman's a long ways from seeing any jail time. At least she'll lose time and money defending herself, like any guy. That's better than nothing.

She'll serve as a marker to other women on how much they can get away with. They have whole websites devoted to women and what they can do to destroy a man, and you can bet they take every advantage they can and coach each other on what to say and not to say.

A modern woman has been granted the right to have whomever she wants in the home, including chad. That's a fact and someone I know was told that directly by the court when he brought it up in his divorce rape proceedings. Men don't surrender "half", we surrender "all" our "rights" to a dignified and secure life with prosperity, security, and happiness, thank the last 4 or 5 generations for all these cultural changes without foresight nor consideration.

There's hell to pay and Lucifer has come to collect his dues, so grab something to drink, something to much, something to smoke, and kick back and enjoy the rapid decline, there's a slum coming to your neighborhood soon...

We can't trust our lives on the intelligence of cops, I'm stout believer in CCTV, dash-cam, and body cam (when appropriate). The living color truth imprinted on a microchip, THAT I TRUST!

Good, hopefully women will start serving the same amount of prison time as men.
