New Jersey Judge steps down over feminist backlash

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/ne...cid=spartanntp

The Judge refused to allow the prosecutor to bring adult rape charges against a 16 yr old boy. It was a party, she was drunk, and they had sex. The boy taped the sex, and sent it to friends. OK, he made a mistake, I get it, but adult charges? Feminists want to send a 16 yr old to State Prison for 10 to 20 years over some drunk sex?

Feminists want all judges to have vaginas. This guy said he was 16 and from a good family, like he had to justify that even though the kid is a minor, these days that just doesn't seem to be enough. How dare he point that out! And when the feminists bitched, he stepped down. What a cop out. Thanks for nothing, asshole! Now that kid will end up in front of a feminist judge instead. Guess what will happen next? Stepping down gives them an empty bench to fill. Another example of our so called brothers throwing us to the wolves.

Justice? I threw that idea out long ago when I realized the system blindly grinds whomever gets caught in its wheels. Justice is a highway and the idea of navigating it with success is like a toddler crossing a freeway!

If you're summonsed, you've already lost, after that it's like a casino, it's all a spin of the wheel! Win, loose, or draw, the truth and facts become obscured, just as much as an 1850's court of law returning an abused slave to his slave master, the law is often obtuse and blind to right and wrong, while calling their decrees just, wholesome, and lawful.

Under the radar is the safest place to be, he was the one traipsing through the minefield of chance and had one blow up in his face! He didn't practice redpill wisdom and now he's lost his legs! The war on men and boys is real! One after another men being ruined on #METOO accusations! I can't feel too much sympathy, for all I know he already spat in MGTOW's face. How dare they belittle our message, not heed our warnings, then cry like pussies when they're being lawfully crucified!

They got it all wrong! Living in mom's basement comes after you're divorced, penny less, and out of jail from trumped up charges!

The snakes can't bite you if you don't enter their den!

The lad in this instance certainly didn't do himself any great favours by sending the video of the act to all his mates with the tagline "when your first time having sex was rape".

The issue here is whether or not the case warranted him being charged as an adult.

What is the point of having any age related laws at all if you can just decide that they don't count whenever you fancy.

Around and around we go, where we stop even the feminist don't know. In more seriousness the judge made a call and a righteous one at that. Next time his term is up for election then vote him out. Just like most politicians. Though these crybabies know they don't have majority and it scares them that the big bad world will one day get tired of their shit.

They lower the bar to satisfy the torch toting, blood lusting, angry masses, all so they don't have a riot on their hands and they make allot of friends on some sucker's fried carcass!

I'm good at igniting angry mobs that overrule the law and toss out due process!

Re: New Jersey Judge steps down over feminist backlash

At first I figured the judge was about to quit anyway. Turns out though, he'd already retired but was still working cases. So I doubt he cares much what the legal system, the voters or the protesters think. Anyway, he quit rather than do something he thought was wrong. You can't ask for more than that. He could even be a crook himself. Judges have been known to sell out, though it don't look like it this time.

Rather the kid deserves an adult beef or not, the article didn't give enough detail to decide. I thought adult charges were mostly for guys who were nearly eighteen and had done something truly awful. Not that rape is a minor charge, but the young lady is still alive. Which is more than most victims of kids charged as adults can say. Most a them are dead. Was this kid an idiot? No doubt he is. Does he deserve an adult charge for that? Don't seem like it to me.

Re: New Jersey Judge steps down over feminist backlash

The thing I always notice is how women always insist, "my body, my choice" and then a female chaperones her own vagina to a drunken mixed-sex party where drunken boys are, then this chaperone to her own vagina chooses to throw caution to the wind and gets drunk at this party and drunk beyond an apparent boundary of choice (they always later insist they were beyond choice-making), abandoning her role as chaperone to herself, abdicating her body to whatever the fuck happens to it. She transfers her power of choice over to the trusted society, when here the immediate society around her is far from optimum. We know that she transfers her power of choice because later it is always other people who were there who are held fully responsible for her body and what happens to it, as she is deemed mentally checked-out. These others are held fully responsible for her, like in the olden days when she couldn't vote and the man ruled her. It is her body, her choice, until she abandons this concept and then her body becomes everyone else's choice. Her body, everybody else's choice? Women demand it be this way when they abandon their agency as chaperone. When they give up caring. This is foolish of women, but they have slithered around this in their minds and you can't tell them.

I know that women will insist that a female should be able to go to such an environment, get as drunk as she wants, wearing whatever she wants, and after having dick-teased as many guys there as she wants, should receive and deserve every bit of the attention she came to the party to receive and wanted to receive, and none of the attention that she did not want to receive. They will assert that, in spite of the overwhelming circumstances, she expected only an asexual good time.

(Of course, this is always said by sober people, afterwards. Perhaps we should find these folks drunk off their ass at a party and ask them at that time for their opinions, to be recorded and played back to them later. Could be interesting.)

And, since they say she no longer has choice over herself at some point, where did that choice go? Did it evaporate? Her body, no choice? No, they say she has transferred the responsibility of choice from herself to everyone around her, beyond the normal social contract, to make ALL of her decisions for her and be held responsible for them all, excepting sometimes that later they give back to her only the decisions that were made on her behalf that she decides she likes and will accept back as made by her.

Back in the 80s when I drank a lot, I'd often attend mixed-sex parties in people's homes. I'd get drunk too fast and, typical of me, I'd eventually disappear from the festivities and go find a bedroom, maybe where all the coats were placed, and fall asleep on top of the bed for a while. Ok, pass out. Later, I'd wake up and go back to the party. I did this more than a few times.

After one such party where several coworkers had also attended, the next day at work one told me that several people at the party gathered around and had some fun with me as I lay passed out on the bed. Apparently some girl had also passed out on the bed next to me and they had positioned her and me in various hilarious and provocative positions with our arms and legs intertwined or whatever. It was great fun for them. I had no idea this had happened. I no longer remember if I asked if anyone took pictures or what the answer to that question might have been, assuming I'd be told the truth.

Um, folks, I deemed this all my own fault. I never again allowed myself to get so drunk at a party that I would go find a place to sleep. Lesson learned. I just could not see it in that other way that I have a right to have a world full of perfect people. The buck stopped with me. I would like to read of examples from women where the buck stops with women. Where are these stories?

That unboxxed is what we call a learning and maturing experience. Woman are uncapable of accepting the responsibility for their actions to do either.

My best friend got his toenails painted one night when he passed out. Thing is though, he was at home and behaving himself. I didn't do it, but it seemed pretty funny at the time. My pal didn't get mad, but didn't think it right to be ambushed in his own home either. After thinking about it, I had to agree. Told him I was sorry, and that nobody would paint his nails in the future if I had anything to say about it.

Piss poor parenting, feminists, and two sex crazed teens with video tech. What could possibly go wrong?

The Judge and the boy were the ones who got ruined here. She played her role. Then, she got caught and played the "rape" card. I always felt like I was in a foreign country whenever I spent time up in Jersey.

I agree. What kind of parent - especially a father - would allow that - even as a remote possibility.

Can I go to a party wearing just my pyjamas and lots of make up? And can I get so shitfaced on alcohol that I can't (won't) be held responsible for my own actions? There'll be lots and lots of drunk boys there and probably lots of drugs too. Oh, Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!"

What father? Fathers aren't part of the family unit, they're kept separate and are only valued for their resources to maintain the family any way she sees fit! Any objections to this order and YOU GO TO JAIL!

    Been there. Done that.

I liked the kid actually. As it turned out, we ended up with a lot in common....

#METOO! Except I knew when to cut my losses and was gone within 3 months! NEVER AGAIN! Fuck that tilt'a'whirl!

Women are the keepers of the cock cauldron/carousel, I refuse to board that dastardly device that only goes around and around, and when it stops out you're thrown!

Women have a mutual problem with MGTOW, we jam every gear and pulley in their nice neat little system! Personally, for me, wrecking their stolen abode was like taking an excavator and bulldozer to a clubhouse for demolition. Feminism has been demolished from my life and the scraps burned to a cinder!

    "charged as an adult"

I'm not a lawyer. But doesn't being charged as an adult include the expectation that you are mature beyond your juvenile years and will not be excused for dumbshit foolish mistakes.

A juvenile WILL make dumbshit foolish mistakes. That is the reason we do not issue them authority to consume alcohol, operate 80,000 pound trucks at interstate highway speeds, or hold leadership positions with any successful corporation on the planet.

I've stated in these forum before, our male youth are doomed. Every poor decision immortalized in digital archive. Every attempt at a sexual encounter resulting in legal charges. I never had children. With what I know now, I will never regret that decision.

A sexual consent legal app is a necessity. All you more technologically savvy MGTOW out there, team up with a MGTOW lawyer and publish this app forthright. You could potentially save thousands of men from future legal rapings.

I've taken it a step further for the sake of not being drawn into any legal proceedings and the resulting legal quagmire, it's simple, DO NOT TOUCH---VIDEO RECORD---TRUST NOT. The awesome power of law and consequence has been subverted and mastered by these creatures with extra rights, extra privileges, extra protection, and an abundance of ears that listen to and believe them.

A man could scream rape at gunpoint and nobody will believe him, a women screams rape and a swat team is assembled in minutes. This applies to all social paradigms regarding men and women. You don't stand a chance without physical evidence of your innocence to counterclaim her accusations, and if you do present evidence, good luck seeking justice against her, she's free to do it again and again until the entire male population learns.

Re: New Jersey Judge steps down over feminist backlash

What the boy did was stupid but he is a minor and should be sentenced as such. Anything else is discrimination. Imagine this scenario the other way round with the girl filming? It wouldn't even be a court case; heck, the girl may even receive 'you go girl!' praise from her peers.

MGTOW concepts should be taught to boys as part of the national curriculum, especially about keeping themselves safe around the other half in the MeToo era. Such dangerous times for the poor lads of today.
