Gillette isn't Done Messing with Men: Proclaims itself the Shaver of Transgenders

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/gillette-...154008489.html

In its latest advertisement featuring a social message, Procter & Gamble's Gillette brand features a transgender man learning to shave from his father.

"Growing up, I was always trying to figure out what kind of man I want to become and I'm still trying to figure out what kind of man I want to become. ... I always knew I was different," says the young man, who adds he's glad to be at the point where he can shave.

The ad then depicts the young man repeating tips back to a supportive father just before his first shave.

The spot concludes with the message: "Whenever, wherever, however it happens your first shave is special."

You gotta love it. A brand with dominant market share drinking the Feminist Kool-Aid about gender fluidity when it comes to men and supporting anything other than straight heterosexual masculinity. And squandering the brand value built up over decades.

The eternal clown squeals "what's wrong with transgender?". That's not the issue. The real question is why is Gillette repeatedly depicting masculinity as anything but straight male heterosexuality when that makes up 90%+ of their sales for male customers? THEY will make the narrative about "what you have a problem with trans?"; don't take that bait. Keep coming back to why Gillette is bashing straight male masculinity and uplifting everything else. Keep asking them: why do you think that is?

So... *takes a sip of Green Tea* after the mass fuckery that was the commercial meant to be a Super Bowl spot about "Toxic Masculinity"...instead of learning from that mistake which may have cost them a huge chunk of their consumer base, they double down and dig the grave even further by promoting that transgender men, who aren't men biologically can shave their non existent facial hair and HER dad is co-signing that drivel. I would love to say I'm effectively boycotting Gillette but I haven't brought a product from them ever since I subscribed to the Dollar Shave Club a year and a half ago. At first it was because Gillette's razors are overpriced, now it's basically because their brand is no longer for us, the true man. So let them "go their own way" which is to be a shill for the SJW plantation. There are other brands and sources that can do the same job Gillette can while not breaking the bank.

I dont think they intend to learn. I mean yeah most of these SJW "foot soldiers" are dumb, but if you go high up enough, you wont find dumb people, they KNOW what they are doing. And here I guess, they know they will lose the market, they just dont care, its collateral.

We are at war, a cultural war. And they are the enemy, with legions of mind controlled husks all over the place.

Around 2009 after the economic COLLAPSE when I was grooming my dog to save money on grooming fees, I saw a $25.00 package of razor blades in a security box that the cashier had to unlock with their special dohicky key, it was then I decided to turn grooming sheers on me! I've been buzzing along smoothly ever since! One kilowatt hour can remove allot of hair! Not bad for about 12 cents!

How the mighty have fallen. They used to have by far the biggest share of the market. Gillette's sponsorship of a Friday night boxing show in the fifty's led to the frog family getting a TV years earlier than we otherwise would of. Whoo Hoo!

Your first shave is special? What, all three or four hairs? Gimmie a break.
Every day I make the world a little bit worse.

Maybe, just maybe, there is a hidden message there.

Maybe they are trying to say that first shave is indeed special for those trans... just not on the face though....

Re: Gillette isn't Done Messing with Men: Proclaims itself the Shaver of Transgenders

I think they have gone to the well of outrage one many times to create buzz and free PR. At this point they are not helping their brand IMO.

I have said this before many times but the care of any blade whether it is $1 dollar or a high quality blades relies on three factors. Cleaning, drying, and lubrication of oils.

Trying out different methods with different quality of razors I have come to the conclusion that a blade is as good as you take care of. The reason why Gillette has had a huge marketshare is that the razors maintain a good edge for a bit even when they are not cared for. But when cared for a lot of other blades pull ahead because disposable metals are cheap now and it is cheaper to recycle than to mine for these metals.

Honestly, I still believe that this is a reaction to fact that beards and facial hair are in vogue, so they've been losing profits already, and are now doing this as a stealth-marketing campaign to attract women and White-Knights. That's who responds to this blatant misandry, feminists of all stripes. Kinda similar to this stealth ad (via Knights of Columbus) for John Deere and Roundup weedspray. Business exploiting Religion exploiting Gynocentrism, rinse/repeat.

And it's nothing but wide open prairie...

There's something very fun about MGTOW. In an odd sense, like charting a new territory of the mind, or rediscovering a long lost civilization. Occult knowledge, secret societies, cannibal natives (THOTS), it's all very exciting... lololol.

    Abandon the Abandoners.

I only used their products once and it was a free mail giveaway. They can shove their razors where the sun don't shine.
