I didn’t want them to suffer with multiple stepfathers or worst. Things got even more difficult after my ex got her green card. Unexplained missing hours, late nights, hotel parking tickets, torn underwear. I finally discovered in a text that she was hooking up with a swinger. A scum running a website teaching others how to be a pua. I left after reading all that. My oldest was already out of the house. My youngest still has few years in hs. I moved to a cabin in the woods. I left my work and lived on savings for awhile. When money ran out, I went and worked minimum wage until I got my usual kind of job again. My youngest was going to college and I need to help. The divorce papers came. It asked for nothing other than support for college. It ended up in court for many months instead. My ex wanted my youngest to remain in the same town where she’s shacked up with this swinger. My child on the other hand had other plans. So that was a problem. The court had to decide. I spent part of my retirement savings to pay the legal fees. The remainder was spent to get my child started in a new school. Now, I have zero money left. It turned out that my effort in getting my children safe is pointless. They turned out self righteous, self absorbed, and uncaring. My only comfort is that, I’ve done my part. Now I’m on my own. Getting back my life in order.
You may have overlooked the PM I sent you earlier today on where to look for the How To Intro sticky and instead assumed that a succinct summary (a natural thing to do) is all we need. A lot is left out in what you wrote.

I could elaborate here by retyping what that sticky says, but instead please go back and read that sticky and re-write your Intro to break it up into the three discussion points. This should help you see what you have left out. We can go from there.

    Thank you.

Okay. I added an additional paragraph. I hope that helps a little.

Hey Deerhunter, sorry for your losses, all that effort for nothing worth while, you're not alone, your story is typical, not abstract, and not extreme, just the typical poison found in marriage and family in these times of tremendous misandry and gynocentrism.

Bro, I want nothing to do with them, they only spell misery and disaster from what I've seen! Sovereignty is extra sweet in a world that envies and hates us!

I appreciate the response. I've been reading this site for a few months now. It helps me. Never had the courage to join, until now. I see that the current culture undervalues men and destroys their masculine nature. At the same time, it encourages, supports, and rewards the promiscuity of women.

As I mentioned, sir, there were three discussion points in that sticky that we ask new members to read. They are numbered for easy identification. I was hoping you would be the one to confirm that you had addressed all three.

Here are the two numbered discussion points you did not answer, copied from that sticky:

    2. Awareness: your blue pill perspectives, how you transitioned to red pill, with enough detail about what brought you to MGTOW.

    3. Who you are
: tell us a little bit of who you are. What you like, what you do, etc.

Please address them. There are important reasons why we ask for this information.

You've partly answered #2. Perhaps for #2 just provide the detail about what brought you to MGTOW.

    Thank you.

I wish you a helluva lot of luck. Your story sounds similar to my uncle Antoine. He also got married young and got completely boned by his ex wife and family courts. All of that stress drove him to drink which took a toll on him in the long run. He's been sober for a year now but the damage has already been done. He's lost a lot of weight and has difficulty standing on his own two feet. This shit drove him to drink and a bad divorce caused a high school friend of mine to attempt taking his own life. Stuff like this angers me because it hits close to home. I'm hoping you and your kids would be in talking terms again. I can't imagine my own kids refusing to come in contact with me. (considering if I had any which I don't)

My divorce almost took my life away. I had one major life threatening surgery as I lost my good health. I stay away from vices. I encourage my children to do the same when they were with me. But the lifestyle they chose to live now is opposed to mine. The loss of family contributed to the split in values between them and me.

If a woman were reconfigured to support a man, then, yes. But no such woman currently exist.

Re: Two tears in a buckit, momma fvck it

Deerhunter, you almost got yourself banned because you are being passive in communicating to your Moderator while you are not being passive in communicating to other members in this thread. Did you realize that?

After I gave you an in-thread reminder as Post #6, you posted a response to another member who also posted here. But no post to me. I noticed that.

Not hearing from you, I sent you another PM to point you to Post #6. You posted a response to another member who posted here. But no post to me. No PM, either. I noticed that.

As I contemplated when to do the banhammer for ignoring the Moderator, I happened to scroll up to Post #1 and saw this little bitty line of info:

Last edited by Deerhunter, Today at 1:32 PM.

    Oh.

So, you updated Post #1 with no heads up notice to me that you did so. To explain:

    Posting a new post
in a thread automatically places the thread at the top of What's New and on top of Latest Posts, indicating to everyone that there has been a new message posted in your thread. Had you added the requested information in a new post, I would have been notified.

So that you know moving forward, updating an existing post notifies nobody on this site. It's passive, as we expect active communication on important matters like an Intro. In this case, you would need to get my attention by either sending me a PM or posting a new post in the thread to tell me what you have done. But, maybe you did not know.

Please know this moving forward, for best results.

Now, I've read through your revised Post #1 and we still ask to know this:

    What brought you to MGTOW?

How did you hear about MGTOW? How did that happen?

    Thank you.

And is it just my end or did it all disappear on his first post?

It's not you. Yeah, strangely, he removed his Intro and replaced it with this:

I don't know what's going on with him, as he is not communicating with me.

If he had dissatisfaction with following instructions in the How To Intro or with me doggedly holding him to it, he was getting the same treatment as any other newbie. As we know, that is a point where some guys stay with it while other guys bomb out. Newbies sort themselves in this way, how communicative they are looking to be towards others here.

He wrote he has "been reading this site for a few months now" so how can he not recognize this Intro process.

At least, other potential members who read this thread might benefit from what happened here.

    A mystery attitude. Account closed.

My first marriage was way worse than the divorce was. Thank God it only lasted three years and today it's my biggest regret...the marriage, not the divorce.
