    John Galt's Intro

Mods, please let me know if I am missing something.

    1) Relationship History: I was single until 32 years of age, with a brief prior engagement to a single mom of 2 that I could not follow through with. On assignment for work 1000 miles from home, I met my X wife and proposed and was married within 6 months (I cringe as I type that). Plan was to be dual income, no kids, etc. To share all chores equally, etc. Things quickly changed as I gave up my high earning job for "stability" and lower pay but with benefits. Within 9 months she quit her job. While I was clearing land, removing rocks, planting a yard, etc after work, she lounged about not helping me, and still resisted cooking dinner or doing the household tasks. After several attempts at other jobs, she suddenly decided she wanted children. I impegnated her twice, willingly, and she fooled me into a third yet again to avoid going back to the workplace. When the youngest turned one, she filed for divorce, 4 years after the 10yr alimony mark had been checked of our state's family court law. I can go into further detail, but I was successful in avoiding alimony for life.

    2) Awareness: As if the above wasn't enough of a red-pill, my first few months into dating started the ball rolling. First dates and relationships were single moms looking for the rest of my check not eaten up by child support, which still had 17 years left on the timer. I noticed the theme, at least, didn't want to be a statistic (80% of new single men remarry within a year). So I became a player. I was transferred out of state to run an office in an area with 30X the opportunities. Studied a little PUA. Got proficient at maintaining multiple dating sites and apps, and had the best time just banging broads. I only found out about the official concept of MGTOW fairly recently, and all of my "self discoveries" were in fact nothing new. I was pushed out of my corporate gig, came back to the city where my children reside, and see them every other weekend.

    3) Now I am 50+, living in a condo close to my children, and am working for myself, building my own clients. I probably will never reach the AGI I once had, but my expenses are low so the nut to cut is not too great. I once was into perfect lawns, golf, had a couple of cool old cars, etc but that is all in the past. All I do is work and some leisure. For the past two years I have not chased any tail at all, but probably will once again once my finances allow it.

Ask Me Anything, and I am glad to have found this place.

She really took you to the cleaners, didn't she? Oh well, like as not the ex will screw up her life just as completely as she has yours before it's over with. Couldn't happen to a nicer person either, from what I've heard so far. Let's see how she likes being a cat lady.

I'll go back to chasing tail when women buy me nice things and pay my bills for me! And it's non negotiable! After she buys me the Sportster she can pay for the custom paint and leather saddle bags!

She did, and she very well might be a cat lady. The twist in the story is that she was a spoiled rich kid, so actually the man she moved on to was her FATHER, not a Chad.

She hasn't worked since before our first kid (15yrs old now) was born. She got a major upgrade after the divorce (3 story $400K house) and a new car.

Strange thing is he is kinda MGTOW. He built a house next to hers. His wife wanted a divorce years ago and he took her to a psych, who now keeps her drugged up to the point she can't even drive.

He actually took over my role, with her and my kids.

    I hear you!..

Part of the high volume online dating I did in Cali (it is a LOT of work, considering the percentages) is that very discernible patterns emerged over the female species.

I thought I had discovered something original, and then when I found this and other groups, it just cemented my findings.

Imagine all of the years prior to the internet, all those decades, when miserable men had no ready methods of comparing notes with each other, each suffering without sharing with any other man except maybe a psychiatrist or clergy who likely were part of the plantation and the network of indoctrination.
