    Re: "too much" video games???

I find it interesting that there has been and still is shaming for watching sports and playing games. You know what I did yesterday? I watched some Blizz con Esport competitions. Zero fucks given to the shamers that are trying to control men.

Today is going to be even better. Like a mini holiday for me to kick back and relax.

Well, I like to game even though I seriously lack time to do so ..most of the time as other things have higher priority.

It took me almost 2 years to get trough Skyrim, than I had a long dry spell and in the last weeks I played Mad Max on my new PS4 in the evenings to get the wasteland feel I expect from preordered Fallout 4.

Which will take more of my time and is thankfully released ahead of winter.

Else I am not to judge how somebody spends his spare time.

I stand corrected, it looks like. I just remember my younger brother got the system in Christmas 1991 while we were both teenagers, whatever the most current version of it was and lots of my friends did too at their houses. Looking at the wikipedia pages of both brands, yes indeed, it looks like Sega, not PlayStation.

well said.. besides.. if you own a cat, one can breathe easy on the subject of "mices". (and cats hate mices to pieces -- furthermore, I once saw a Disney film that dealt with cats.... at one point it stated, "if the rats killed by cats were allowed to multiply, the pestilence they carried could have wiped out the populations of entire cities.")

    mice and bugs.

I guess I take after my single mom in that I'm a cat lady lol... there's always been a cat around since I was pre-school age.

Anyway... the "in" thing is the Dog Lady.... 1 in 3 online profiles of women have them professing they are dog lovers. Those strong independent women

Yeah it still doesn't make much sense to me why they want to do that. Guess it's just a combo of wanting to control every male space plus hatred of being feminine.

Also welcome back man, haven't seen you on here in a while

Truth. It's the same old infantile attention whoredom, me me me, gimme gimme gimme, BS from the error... I mean "fairer" sex! The female approach to relationships has always been that of a used car/snake oil salesman. If men knew and believed the truth about them we'd have gone entinct within the first two generations! And what better place to make calls and close than all male gatherings. She gets to pick up a nice little packet of attention cookies there too!

Thanks for the welcome. I was on a total MGTOW vacation in the woods. It was great. I've been scaling back my participation in the MGTOW community because I simply have no thought, feeling, care or regard for females any longer. They're just...there. My sexual desire for them also is nearly sterile. So this vacation was just what the doctor ordered to purge what's left of this nonsense out. Now I'm just focusing on getting myself together, stacking bills and most importantly not worrying about money or life whilst enjoying it to the fullest. -sorry to go off topic-

Ah, yes, thank you for the reminder, Cap - in my generation, growing up in the Fifties/Sixties, it was "TeeVee." Before that, I think it was radio-thrillers like Captain Midnight, or comic-books, or two-reel Westerns at the Bijou for the Saturday matinee ...

I'm subscribed to "The Gamer from Mars" on YouTube... here's a vid of some interest...

I got nothing against women in gaming.... but I would question obsolete stereotypes.. take "Wii Cheer"... based on what info I got, the "squad" in the game is dominantly female and has a female lead.... yet I did some digging and found over a dozen colleges that have co-ed cheer teams... (and even a couple that have all-male ones too)

you think?? problem is that the idea of "gender identity" is still stuck in an obsolete past... with women, their status as women seems set in stone... they can do manly things and still be regarded as women..
with men, its so taffin conditional... a man tries something that is commonly associated with women.. and he gets labeled "less than manly" (and all too often, that gets translated as "less than human".. which I find sickening)

    Sure thing!
    .
I grew up in the 80's, but I never missed Lost in Space, Star Trek, Hogans Heroes, etc. on perpetual reruns. It didn't matter what I was doing in the summer. I ran inside every day to watch Lost in Space.

Oh boy .. just finished my Saturday and Sunday Fallout 4 Marathon and I had a blast of a time (where did the hours go ??)

Did nothing much else than the usual household-tasks necessary.

The FO4 wasteland is a brutal place (as it should be) and many times I simply ran for my life.
Coke, cigarettes, coffee, chips, sweets kept me nourished

Would not be possible with wife and kids.

Cool, right now I'm playing Call of duty World at war, MW2, MW3, MW4, Battlefield bad company, BF3, BF4, Crysis, Crysis Warhead, Crysis 3, GTA V, Hitman Absolution, and Arma 3.

God, what a miserable Peter Pan life. I think I'm going to go posture and put on a show to secure the oh so precious cell phone number of a chick so she can bless me by taking me to such exciting places such as the mall to carry her numerous bags in exchange for cadaverous, "take-a-number", subway turnstile, McDonalds Drive-thru sexual rations!
