Maybe you are sweating DDT as well? Organophospates were spread around quite liberally by some and they bioaccumulate as well. In the US, much of the food supply is contaminated with glyphosphate at harmful levels (greater than 1ppm kills cells in vitro). I find the level of denial about the quantities of environmental toxins by most people to be quite unforntunate.

Joking aside....does anyone know what is the best healing method for surgery wounds? I'm a notoriously slow healer and was just sent home after surgery with a simple bandage.

DDT was everywhere in East Germany. Not as much here in the West, since it was banned in 1972.

DDT was the only Wood Preservative that was not found in my business place. But everything else: PCP, Lindane, TCP, Endosulfane, Permethrine, Dioxin and Phtallic Anhydride (plasticizer). And that makes 8 toxins including Barium chloride - something to survive - 8 substances is beyond the imagination of any toxicologist) (I made it since I had no other unhealthy vices and no existing medical conditions) (And my insurance knew that)

Since the Landlords were carpenters and architects - they should have "known" - and in spite of all news reports and the biggest lawsuit in German history, they disposed off their entire collection of toxic waste paint bins in the wooden structure of that house. Criminal act: In 1978 these things were banned and so no customer wanted them anymore. And they used these in the 1980's illegally. And all of them together in a giant deadly cocktail.

Both tenants before my time already died years ago at a young age.

Maybe if you got your nutrition from food and vitamins instead of drinking it, that might help.

I got nothing scientific, but lack of things your body needs is sure to slow the process down. I hear smoking depletes your vitamin C. Used to eat those pack vitamins, ones that come in daily packets with four of five various pills. They seemed to help me work harder when I was younger. Would take more than a handful a pills to get that kind a work out a me anymore. But far as I know they were good for me.

Smoking is the biggest culprit Frog, you're right. In as much as I abuse myself in many ways, all my tests have always come back as perfectly normal. I think the ciggies are gonna have to go but that's easier said than done. I've had yet another telling off about it today.

DK you loser. My neighbor says its easy to quit, he's done it a dozen times! Both parents smoked when I was little, then a doctor threatened to cut off moms toes if she didn't stop. That did it. She seemed to do OK, except she would occasionally say she still wanted one now and then. Dad never quit, though he cut back a lot when he got older. Course he liked chew. Yuk. But if you really want a hit, I guess that's the way to go.

I know the health police say your dead if someone so much as lights up a half mile away. Maybe, but I'm not so sure. If your pulling a Steve Mc Queen and smoking multiple packs a day, yeah you'll die early. But I'm not sure the occasional butt is as dangerous as they say.

    Lol

    3 packs a day

    I'm an absolute mug.

I'm gonna give it another go at stopping. Even getting up from a chair makes me out of breath nowadays.

My days of being a sex-machine are well and truly over!!!

    (Before they even begun!!!!)
