Re: So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

As I type this now, I see a couple walking though the public auction near my apartment building.

The females walking ahead with imperial standing as the guy, dressed in shorts and a t shirt, follows her with a resigned gait. I'm 59 yards away and can see it clear as day.

For comparisons sake, here's what my Twat free self did today.

    Worked out for an hour.
Pondered which pistol I should shoot today.

....still pondered which gun I should shoot.

Went to the outdoor gun range, put on my polarized Maui Jim sunglasses , and pondered again if I should shoot this pistol or my other one.

Shot 100 rounds from the holster at a target 15 yards away......enjoying every round.Pretty gun, pretty targets, pretty day.

Packed everything up and blasted "West End Girls" on the ride home.

And what is yet to come. I see an Asimov novel and the public gardens being a great combination for me. Me, nature, my music, and one of the greatest sci fi writers of all time.

I wonder what that girls man toy did today. I can tell you what he's doing now, as I type this from the drivers seat of my car- dragging a chair across a hot parking lot to his pickup truck.

We have to watch a tv drama to see drama - or observe couples in public. Reflecting back on my married life, it's hard to identify with who that guy was, and it was me!

Re: So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

I am a creature of routine. I work 40 hours a week in a fairly high-status job. But my evenings and weekends are mine.

Mondays, I jam with some buddies. I play drums, and they come over to my place (since the drum kid doesn't move as easily as a guitar or keyboard). We record our stuff, talk politics, share new music with each other.

Tuesdays, I either chill at home, play video games, watch a movie, or occasionally work with my Reserve unit doing higher-level admin stuff, or conducting recruitment / selection interviews.

Wednesdays I work with my Reserve unit delivering training (our "parade night").

Thursdays I play a tabletop, pen & paper RPG called pathfinder with a group of friends.

Fridays I generally go out with friends from work.

Saturdays and sundays, if I don't have a reserve ex (about once a month) in the summer I'll go on a long bike ride one day, and go shooting the other. In the winter it's cross-country skiing, but a little more indoor activity too when the weather is cold.
My music buddies and I are thinking of transitioning to twice a week. I'd welcome that. I have only been single since about January, so I haven't settled into a summertime routine yet.

One other thing; I travel when and where I want. I will pick up and go on short notice to cool places. It was before I was MGTOW, but I was single at the time; I did a cross-Canada train trip by myself, in a first class cabin with multi-day stops in Toronto, Winnipeg, Jasper, and Vancouver. Quite relaxing, very cool. Another time I went to a resort in the Dominican Republic with a buddy to shark guys at poker (he's east-Asian, I'm sorta-white, and we would pretend not to know each other and coordinate with each other playing poker with drunk tourists to clean the table up). Yet another time I went to Cyprus and rented a car and drove around. I couldn't have done these things with a woman, she would be dragging me around doing shopping or whatnot.

Going on my first backcountry camping trip of the summer season in Rocky Mountain National Park today. 18 miles and over 5,000' of elevation gain going up to over elevation 13,000' on the Continental Divide tomorrow. Bears, elk, food, beer, no cell phones, and most importantly, no women.

Three stories of raw commercialism on display, and it suddenly hit me as I walked through the halls that nearly every man besides myself was with a shopping bag toting female, and nearly every shop catered in some way or another to women. It was a humbling throught to have.

It puts you as a man in an interesting position:with everyone else you know on the Expressway to Hell, you have free reign to chart your own party in ways completely inconceivable to the crowd. Want to move across the country? Go for it!

Want to save up for a 50k dollar sports car? Do it!

Think spending money on females is stupid? Opt the fuck out.

It's all possible. The great thing about going your own way, is you are the only obstackle.
Actually, I became aware of that at some point while I was still taking my blue pills. And I ALWAYS express how important it is NOT to sexualize our children while they're still kids. I wasn't interested in girls until I was about 12. And for those first twelve years, it was great (in hindsight) not to have that distraction. And I'm very adamant that my kids not lose their childhood before biologically necessary.

When you're not obsessed with sex (which I enjoy, quite a bit, by the way), you can devote your attention to developing hobbies and skills that will greatly enrich your life and be tremendously valuable to you personally.

I foolishly thought marriage would be the end of the "chase." With theoretical access to sex whenever I wanted (yeah, right), I thought I'd finally have the opportunity to devote some of my time to my own activities, projects, and quests in my spare time.

My position is, you being you should be enough to make your girl "tingle." If it's not, you're with the wrong girl (and the question remains whether there IS a right girl, since AWALT is a safe working assumption).

Re: So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

I just got back from a 31 day vacation.

31 days of wanderlust in the Sierra Nevada mtns !!!

    - Think you would have the money to do that if you kept a woman?
    --- Not a chance!

    - Think you would be able to go where you wanted if you took a woman?
--- Not even half the time!

    - Think your RV would have room for the toys you wanted if you took a woman?
---- Dream on, she wouldn't even let you buy the stuff, much less use it!!

    - Think you would have the will (willingness) to spend 31 days in an RV if a Woman was badgering your every choice?
----- No, not a chance, that is NOT freedom. That is a non-stop headache.

For me, it was 31 days, when, & where I wanted, Because. That. Is. What. I. Wanted.

What I did: fishing, hiking, mtn biking, exploring new places, waterfalls, rock-slides, Redwood trees, wildlife-spotting, picture taking, health club visits, hot tubbing, reading, mixed drinks, lounging, bullshitting with friendly strangers mtn-bikers, motorcyclist, hikers, family visits, & BLASTING lots of Heavy-Rock & Metal.

    Next trip: Grand Canyon
Next trip: Whistler BC & the San Juan Islands (cross your fingers for me)

    If i didn't have 4G or WiFi I didn't even bother trying.

Hey, check this out: I made friends with a 62 year old MGTOW (he looked 50) ,, living off the grid,, on 150+ acres of wooded mtns, with HUGE views. He invited me to park rig on his land for a few days.
As I saw it he has most every comfort of modern life, but chooses a minimalist lifestyle. Unlike me he was rather "Politically Correct " -what can I say? It is Calif- but he's not a scholar either. He took regular trips to town for live music, to play team sports, pick-up live foods, & yes, you guessed..... to also wear his tie-dye into town. What a Groovy Man!!
~ Another MGTOW, LIVING THE GOOD LIFE ~

p.s. He wasn't the only MGTOW I met. But he was the most "free of the system" MGTOW I met. Also he was willing to share with me much of his life's journey, and we compared notes on ex-wives, kids, & the primary reasons why single women are not worth the time or effort.

    Keeping it real,

So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

    It's a simple life.

    No more constant financial strain
No more emotional cat and mouse
No more wasting weekends driving around, doing and buying stupid shit to keep peace.
No more not getting things done, because there's always something more urgent.
No more catering and social gatherings to keep angels status up (Who the fuck are these people anyways)
No more giving up or not doing what what you enjoy.
    And many,many more
And OH YA! Stashing money away every week for that long forgotten dream. The VROD Night Rod,Rumble,Rumble..Oh yes my pretty i will have you!And i will ride you hard.

Re: So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

    Another GREAT day as MGTOW:

    - This morning I slept in..... I woke, and decided to go back to sleep .... ahhhhh....
    - Had a blender full of green smoothie w a base of bananas, clean-up was maybe 20 seconds
    - Online: Checked how much my accounts gained for the week.
    - My phone reminder popped up: Saturday, Yoga class
    - Gym*: Did 40 mins of easy warm-up, 1 hour yoga, 20 mins of core, & 20 mins of upper & lower body
    - Returned last night's DVD
    - Back home: another massive Green smoothie, this time w apples. clean up was a snap.
    - Prep for next trip: RV is already washed & waxed. Still need to detail the inside, review / customize my list for this particular trip. The last part of the prep (food, toys, etc) will happen 1 or 2 days before I leave.

    - What should I do now? go to the beach? a hike? bike ride? Swap stories w bud? -- regardless I'll pick another movie & more fruit & veggies, for Smoothies, while I'm out.
    - Tonight I'll take care of my sexual needs, & enjoy it greatly, without having to deal with any bullshit whatsoever.

p.s. at the gym it is not uncommon for women to check me out. I know what they are REALLY doing is checking to see if I notice them. This is how they evaluate their "market-value" (fuck, i didnt even brush my hair before going). Anyway:
    - If 3 guys that are a 7 check them out then they are a 10
    - If 5 guys that are a 4 check them out then they are a 10
    - If 0 guys that are a 9 or higher check them out then they are still a 10 See how that works?
...... Anyway, today was a little more than that, I think .....
Question: Would any of you bang a twenty-something blonde, a little chubby, but 30 years younger than you?
The largest age gap I have ever had was 27 years, and she was WAY-WAY hotter, & far-far more aggressive, hitting on me pretty damn hard. (ding-dong prolly thought i was rich, or some shit like that) Anyway, your thought are appreciated.

Re: So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

Weekend is upon us and it is time for "me" time. I keep pretty busy during the week with a full time job and fitness activities (lifting and jogging), so weekends for me are mostly about relaxation and having fun. There are some chores that need doing, but nothing that takes a lot of time. Anyway, here's my plan for awesome two days:

    1. During my lunch brake acquire a bottle of whiskey and some snacks.
    2. After work drive home, play video games and watch a few movies.
The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

Re: So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

Well, yesterday I took care of the garden and lawn and poured some concrete.

Ducklings hatched (i have some ducks on the lose in my big garden to get rid of snails which are a plague) and they will be the target of some training with my new steady-cam rid.
    2014-07-26_1028.png

For lunch i will behead one of my kohlrabis in the raised beds and make myself tasty kohlrabi-schnitzels.
    2014-07-26_1104.png

Remove and clean the form work of another part of my ongoing renovation project... this is the last room on the ground floor, i had to dig below the walls to stabilize them in the last weeks and pour concrete to create a solid foundation, then i poured the floor and finally pour ap 1 1/2 ft high walls as foundation for an inner brick wall.
    2014-07-26_1112.png

After that i will work on my little project "useful insect housing", i took down some old trees on my property recently and as the trunks were not good for sale anyway i cut them down to make them part of the housing. I am a green island in an agriculture desert and i need pollinators badly. So far i managed to attract quite some bumblebees and solitary bees but i need more of them as i am too far away from the next real bee-hives.

    2014-07-26_1103.png

This evening i will walk the dog and the rest will be spent on a Transformers triathlon (1-3 were on a bundle sale in the iTunes store) as i have not seen them yet and the 3 movie-bundle in the store is cheaper than one trip to the cinema.

    Tomorrow ?

Sleep long, have breakfast with toast (every sunday procedure ), take out my cabrio and either do some storm-chasing in the area and drop at Burger King for my once a month fast-food binge eating ... or, if the weather is nice and there is no wind take some vids with my AR-Drone i finally fixed after i flew it full speed into my chimney... and do some CAD learning in the evening.
    2014-07-26_1119.png

Oh, i am such a loser as i could wipe baby asses and spent my weekend joining "family social activities" with my potential significant others family whom i most likely will not like and will not find interesting anyway to slave away on monday for my family .. Yeah .. exactly what i should do instead of being a boy in a mans body.

To all twats and society .. here comes the one-finger-salute

Re: So what does a good MGTOW life look like?

Okay, pardon me if I'm gloating. But after some encouragement from web-pals on a different-purpose board, I have just booked myself an awesome MGTOW vacation: Two weeks in the Philippines, diving the WW II wrecks in Subic Bay during the day and sampling the exotic delights of Barrio Barreiro and Angeles City during the nights.

Oh, my, yes, I'm going to explore the seamy side of Subic. Mikediver, I'm 100% sure that your wife would not approve. Don't tell her, eh?
